GQD ("we", "our" or "GQD") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you visit our website, fill in our forms, schedule a conversation or interact with us on WhatsApp.

This policy follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and the other rules applicable in Brazil.

GQD is the controller of the data processed on this website. To contact us, use the email [email protected].

2. Data we collect

2.1 Data you provide

  • Name and business email, role or department and project goal, when you personalize your visit or request contact.
  • Industry you chose when personalizing your visit.
  • Preferred day and time, when you schedule a conversation.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp.

Our forms do not accept emails from personal providers and ask for your company email. They also do not request sensitive data.

2.2 Data collected automatically

  • Page of origin of the visit and campaign parameters (UTM), when you arrive through a campaign link.
  • Date and time a form is submitted.
  • Information stored in your browser, described in the cookie policy.

2.3 Measurement and advertising data

Only if you accept cookies in the banner, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect browsing data, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and interactions with the site. Without your acceptance, these services are not loaded.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your personal data to:

  • Personalize your visit according to the industry you indicated.
  • Respond to your contact requests, schedule and confirm meetings, and send the information about the services you asked for.
  • Send communications about GQD's services, only with your consent to be contacted.
  • Understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept measurement cookies.
  • Display and measure GQD ads on Meta, only if you accept advertising cookies.
  • Protect the site against fraud and abuse and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

  • Consent (Art. 7, I): to be contacted by GQD, to use your data to personalize the visit, to send communications and to enable non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Preliminary procedures and performance of a contract (Art. 7, V): to handle quote requests, scheduling and proposals.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): for site security, fraud prevention and service improvement, always balanced against your rights.
  • Legal or regulatory obligation (Art. 7, II): when the law requires certain data to be kept.

5. Data sharing

We may share your data with:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, the automation tool or spreadsheet that receives the forms, email and calendar. They may only process the data to perform the contracted service.
  • Google and Meta, only if you accept cookies, for the purposes described in the cookie policy.
  • WhatsApp, when you choose to talk to us there.
  • Competent authorities, when required by law or court order.
  • Business successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring of GQD, maintaining the same safeguards as this policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request, at any time:

  • Confirmation and access: find out whether we process your data and access it.
  • Correction: correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion: request the deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the law.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format, to transfer to another provider.
  • Information: learn which entities we share your data with.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time.

For data stored in your browser, use the Clear my data button in the footer, when it is available. For data already sent to GQD, contact us through the channels in section 10. If you believe your rights have not been met, you may also file a petition with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Security and retention

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this policy, unless retention is required or permitted by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymized. Information stored in your browser remains there until you delete it.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Google and Meta, may be located outside Brazil. In these cases, we ensure that the transfer meets the requirements of the LGPD and offers adequate protection for your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. Significant changes will be communicated on the site.
